Payment
ARTIBS accepts payment by Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, and PayPal or by bank transfer. All prices are inclusive VAT.
Delivery
As our products are not always inventory items, but are produced to order, one must usually expect delivery times of 7-21 days. ARTIBS seeks, however, always, to dispatch is done as quickly as possible. ARTIBS provides for delivery by Post Nord or courier services. ARTIBS can not be held liable for delays with Post Nord or other courier services. We ship worldwide. Please note that shipments outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.
Complaints and return policy
ARTIBS do not accept returns of goods produced to order, but we provides 2-year guarantee according to Danish law, if extensive manufacturing and material defects, are detected by the item’s normal use. The warranty does not cover faults, damages or wear, directly or indirectly caused by wrong use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaint about defects which should be detected by normal examination of the goods shall be notified to ARTIBS within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently returned for repair, replacement or by appointment if necessary. crediting. In the context of the complaint cases are holding ARTIBS return costs reasonable. Note that we do not receive packages sent c.o.d.. Return can also be accomplished by refusing the reception or deliver the goods personally with us. It is not a requirement but the expedition promoted if adequate information follows package – for example copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which a refund can take place, copy of the evt. prior correspondence, etc.
Refusion
In the event of the agreed allowances, returned goods or prepaid items cancelled before shipment, there must be a total or partial reimbursement of the purchase price. Reimbursement is usually done by bank transfer, always and ARTIBS therefore need information about registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive, and can be send by email.
We have a 14 days right of withdrawal on inventory items, with effect from the day they are received. There is no right of withdrawal on products manufactured after order. If you choose to undo a purchase, you must return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. When the item is received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. Costs for returning you must hold.
